Tennis! An amazing sport, first class, just like European Football. Using the fine grade handling of a superstar to make your shots 'fall' into your intended place, or becoming the beast of the court and demolishing your oponent mentally and physically. Taking all the glory of your victory, or all the shame of your loss. Tennis is truly an outstanding game for the mind, heart, and body.
Aikido
This the martial art of of all martial arts. Aikido unifies mind and body into one, turning the student into a mentally AND physically invincable machine! A very easy way to describe aikido, it's leathal techniques, and it's intense meditation practices is to imagine your mind as a wavy pond. If a sparrow (bird) were to fly over this pond (your mind when not meditated), there would be a very hazy reflection of it, if any at all. That would make it very hard to concentrate on your day to day things in life, wouldn't it? Now, imagine your pond is perfectly clear, no ripples, no distortions, nothing. Just perfectly calm and settled. Would it not be much easier to see the sparrow when it flies over the pond so much more clearly? Along with everything else around it, you will be awakening your true powers of the mind to your full potential. As you continue to meditate throughout your life, your mind will become stronger than iron, and more calm than the darkest depths of space itself. To meditate, take a look at my other section on 'Meditation, How Do We Do It?'
